Ruth Harper

Vice President, Global Strategic Communications at ManpowerGroup. With a background in all things branding and communications, I lead ManpowerGroup’s strategic corporate communications globally. Through my public affairs experience I’m interested in labor markets, and influencing them to drive job creation and skills development, and committed to positioning ManpowerGroup as workforce experts around the world. I’m experienced in employment legislation, diversity, sustainability and corporate social responsibility, and as a former teacher of geography, still feel strongly about developing opportunities for young people, through work experience, internships and apprenticeship programs. A passion of mine is the changing nature of employment and labor markets, and my role encompasses creating external relationships that contribute to ManpowerGroup's own thought leadership. If you're a like-minded professional, I'd be happy to connect with you.
